Today we made pom-poms.
Do you know how to make one?
There are many ways to tell a story,
And many ways to wrap a yarn…
We all have tales to tell,
Yarns to spin
To brighten up our world.
Today we made Pom-poms.
The poodle already had one.
Tell your tale!
Wag it!
Take the moment.
Contemplate the quiet.
Find the circles and spaces of your soul.
Or paw…..
Purr.
The cat in the tree crouched
At the end of a thin branch
And gazed
At the dog on the grass,
Who bowed in turn.
Moments later they were playing,
Rolling around
Upside down in the grass.
We can meet each other in the garden of Joy.
We can play together with Love.
The parade route was filled with hope.
Old and young,
And every color of the rainbow,
Watched or marched,
Dancing and hugging.
While under a tree, bedecked with flags,
A black dog and a white dog dreamed
In shades of yellow and blue….
All is Love,
All is You.
No exceptions.
The goldenrod waved in the breeze.
Filled with possibilities and bees.
She picked up the magic wand and ran!
What?
You think it is simply a toothbrush?
And how is that not a magic wand?
SMILE!
What is more magical than that!
The child slide the slice of apple thru the chain link fence.
The goat received it, with thanksgiving.
May we all be so blessed by those who encounter our barriers.
May we receive all gifts with thanksgiving.
I thought
She caught a glimpse of Herself
in the shiny surface of the mirror
But She saw Me!
.
See yourself in others,
See others in the mirror.
We are
One.
The stripes on Her legs were like those of a Tiger,
Her shoulders, those of the spotted Cheetah,
She licked her wounds as She extended her claws.
Clear, sharp and clean….
Sheathed until needed.
Domestic,
She hides in plain sight.
