the ritual washing gentle private that we humans rush thru, embarrassed to care for our sacred bodies in a holy way, the cat does slowly in public yoga, for all to see. baptize yourself daily.

suddenly three crows flew across the blue in a straight line – like an arrow or a crow- which of course, the were. What urgency is this? What compels you forward?

Across the street the rejected roosters strut, all together on the grass none of them fighting. all getting along without violence. see peace is possible. perhaps it is us who have forgotten to see it.
