when it storms outside, remember Peace lies within.
Practice
i take out my flute, and i blow. the sound of my heart and my breathe mingle a bit before they exit in a close approximation of F#. outside my window a crow laughs. Daily Practice: diligent not serious.

the wisdom of taking a moment to simply be is modeled for me regularly. the renewal of any moment is possible.
