i took a nap today and noticed my imprint in the pillow,

i walked outside and noticed a pattern in the sand…

do we dream the same dreams?

or perhaps,

we dream the same themes?…..

Someone was asking me to share my process of daily creation — it starts with observation and prayers of grace every morning….in addition to meditating on my encounters with other species, and then painting and scribing the words and stories that arise out of that, i also journal… so here is a page from today’s journal….
