Sacred Space

Sacred space, part one.

Black and white springer spaniel

Sacred space is safe space. A safe space is a place that you can explore what feels very scary: like being lost, like feeling like you are all alone, feeling abandoned or unloved. Be patient. Compassionate. Forgiving.

If you create sacred space for all species you share your home with, they will create sacred space for you. We train each other, daily.

Perhaps, you too, will know that you are never lost, alone or abandoned. You will know you are loved.
