Ghosts can not save you, nor give you peace.
But remembering Love can.
It can save us all.
a hummingbird drank his breakfast from a bottle – tree.
a butterfly landed on my leg,
and a new turtle showed up,
and took me out of my box and into hers.
life is so full,
sometimes all we can do is to sip.
As i watched the rain began to fall,
thus we were all soaked.
a necessity
if you want to sprout.
sometimes the best place to hide
is in the briar patch.
somedays everything seems a scrabble,
and it is hard to know where to begin.
but once you find the first move,
the possibilities are endless!
out of the window of the studio,
i spy
a cat stalking what i can not see.
inside the studio,
i seek what i can not see.
perhaps i should bring the cat in here with me?
for he seems very clear sighted,
and mine eye is clouded with judgment.
or better yet, i should go out with him –
and together prowl our kingdoms in search of morsels of wisdom.
driving down the road,
i turn and there in front of me are chickens,
not crossing,
wandering?
i wait patiently until they choose a direction.
continuing on my way,
doves appear.
sitting thinking about eating crow,
i watch a crow eating a donut.
reality is always better than fiction.
oh to be a house cat
and roll my hellos
