in and out of emergencies,
we greet each new moment
with
hope.
are you awake?
hey, are you awake yet?
Wake up!
cleaning up,
sorting through,
and then
in full view –
I see You!
standing in the middle of the road
is not the same as walking the middle path.
the squirrels spiral
around the tree.
up
&
down
no judgement found.
dance a spiral dance!
what is hope?
we think it is a promise of some future expectation –
but i do not think that is hope.
some say it is a thing with wings –
but i am not so sure of that either…
Hope is a light,
no more,
no less.
and it lets you see things with love.
the miniature panther
paced toward me,
bird in mouth,
proud.
the human
ran toward the cat,
mouth open,
praying.
we are who we are.
and we shape each other and our worlds.
the prey was dropped,
as was the prayer.
wet and angry the world disappeared from view.
on a leaf i see a Giant.
what is big?
what is small?
all is relative.
and i look closer
and am amazed!
we are related,
i see Your face!
