brought a snake into the house.

i know it didn’t arrive on it’s own,

for what would be the incentive to cross the doorframe, onto the cold tile –

not to mention-  what use has a snake for a sofa?-

(which is where it was found,)

surrounded by cats and dogs and human…

clearly,

this was a gift.

but for whom?
